In the textile industry a large quantity of water is used for several processes. Waste water originating from the pre-treatment process (as bleaching, cooking, washing, etc.) contains a very large quantity of pollutions.
For most part, these pollutions are supplied during former treatments of the textile. Examples of these pollutions are oils, natural contaminations and animal and vegetable fibres. The colour of the effluent, caused by printing and painting of the cloth, can be another problem.
The Redox waste water treatment units can remove these pollutions (specific pigments) very efficiently.

Rake screens are applied for separating solids from process and waste waterRead more
Curved screens are applied for separating solids from process and waste water. The Redox curved screens are robustly built and require a minimum of maintenance and attention.Read more
Pipe flocculators, type RPF
The RPF flocculator is characterised by the plug flow principle. The retention time is almost uniform and the mixing energy in the cross-section of the pipe is constant.Read more
Flotation units, type KWF
The KWF flotation units are extremely compact and make use of plate pack technology for removing suspended solids, oil, fat, grease and other dispersed and/or flocculated materials with micro flotation.Read more
Flotation units, type KCL
The KCL flotation units are designed to treat large wastewater flows for the removal of suspended solids, oil, fat, grease and other dispersed and/or flocculated materials with micro flotation.Read more
